Some moments in life are too precious to rush. For Jess, our sweet Hong Kong bride, a new mum, and her beautiful son, this was one of those moments. Congratulations to this special couple! We have provided 4 hour wedding photography, videography and bridal hair & makeup service for a companionable same sex couple from Hong Kong in Edinburgh, Scotland.

This sweet couple travelled from Hong Kong to the UK for their wedding ceremony in Edinburgh. We are grateful to be in Edinburgh again, to witness their wedding and also experience Scottish culture. It is truly a beautiful country, filled with friendly people.

It was a small intimate wedding. We first started our hair and makeup service in the morning around 9am. We first finished the bride's aunt's hair and makeup, then move on to the bridal one and then the groom's one. 

After hair and makeup season finished we capture a simple tea ceremony, couple portrait shoot and small family shoot before leaving their Airbnb apartment and walking to City of Edinburgh Council. Their legal civil ceremony lasted 40 minutes. It maybe simple, but full of joy and blessings. 

We can see the Cathedral right in front of us after stepping out the ceremony location. 

 

The couple tossed the bouquet. We had the shoot in drizzle. After all, it was an early Spring wedding. We got some romantic and affective moments with Edinburgh historical and natural backdrop. We wish them all the best and a happy married life ever-after. We love celebrate love with couples.

恭喜恭喜！我們在蘇格蘭愛丁堡為一對來自香港的同性新人提供了4小時婚紗攝影、錄像和新娘髮型及化妝服務。

這對甜蜜的新人從香港到英國愛丁堡舉行婚禮。我們很高興再次來到愛丁堡，見證他們的婚禮，體驗蘇格蘭文化。這真是一個美麗的國家，到處都是友善的人民。

這是一場小型的親密式婚禮。我們於早上 9 點左右開始了化妝服務。我們首先完成了新娘Auntie的頭髮和妝容，然後新娘的，然後新郎的。

髮型和化妝結束後，我們拍攝了一個簡單的茶禮、婚紗拍攝和家人拍攝，然後離開他們的 Airbnb 公寓，步行前往愛丁堡市議會。

Wedding Photography, Videography and Hair & Makeup Service in Gothenburg, Sweden

This is a Gothenburg wedding. We came to this small and beautiful city of Sweden from London, England to provide our wedding photography, videography and bridal, bridesmaids & relative hair and makeup service for a lovely bride and groom who grew up in Sweden with Hong Kong, Chinese heritage in the summer.

This couple contacted us nearly 4 years ago before Covid19 pandemic and they had to postponed their pre-wedding and wedding 2022 summer time. We have also provided them pre-wedding photography and videography, and hair styling and makeup service in Windsor, Richmond Park also Mayfield Lavender Farm.

It was a full day coverage we have provided on their wedding day, which combined both Western culture and Chinese culture. It was challenging because it was very windy by the pier, where they had their outdoor ceremony. We started our day from 5am. Gothenburg is a harbour city. The wedding venue and hotel just located by the pier. It was refreshing.

The hotel is called Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen, in Gothenburg, Sweden. After the hair and makeup process finished, we took their shoots during door games, tea ceremony, and group photos with bridesmaids and groomsmen also mothers & fathers of the bride and groom.

Before the civil ceremony, we went to a charming park in Gothenburg city centre, and took more photos and video clips with their bridesmaids and groomsmen. The sun came up at this point, introduced some warmth on their photos.

Their wedding was impressive because of the view overlooking the harbour and Gothenburg bridge. It was meaningful to go back to the place they grew up to have their wedding after they moved to England. Majority of their friends and family are living in Sweden. There were about 200 guests presented in their wedding. The ceremony took place on the pier which belongs to a restaurant, called River Restaurant On The Pier. The couple also gave more tea to elderlies and had a grand banquet there.

When the sun went down, we took a lot of amazing, sweet and romantic couple portraits with video clip. The lighthouse by the pier, the restaurant lightings and those little lamps on the pier helped us to create a nice vintage look for the shoot. 

We finished our work with pleasure. It was really enjoyable to look at their photos and videos. Gothenburg is a lovely city. The couple was easy-going and nice, which also made it easier to capture great shots. 

We wish them a happy married life ever after. Hope that we will meet them again to take their lovely pregnancy and newborn baby photos in the future.

Wedding Photography Service for Lovely British Hong Kong Bride and Groom in London, England

We have provided wedding photography service for a lovely British Hong Kong bride and groom on their very happy day during the pandemic days in Gunnersbury Park in Acton, West London and Hong Kong City Chinese restaurant in New Cross, East London.

We have met this friendly couple a long time ago, roughly around 3 and half years. Like a lot of our other clients who have postponed their weddings, this couple has also postponed their wedding for a year.

The wedding has two parts - A white wedding and Chinese traditional banquet with tea ceremony, giving respect to parents and elder relatives, getting their blessings, gifts, golds and red packets. And of course, the highlight of the banquet is toasting. The couple accompanied by relatives, go around the tables to receive blessings and cheers.

On the day, we went to brides and bridesmaids getting ready location in London Brentford Hotel-Premier Inn for their beautiful bridal getting ready photos. After that, we drove to the fascinating Gunnersbury Park Museum in Acton, West London for their ceremony, confetti, speeches, group and couple portrait photo shoot. Then, we went all the way Eastern side of London, took photos in the banquet held in Hong Kong City restaurant in New Cross.

We wish them a happy married life forever. Hope that we can meet them up to take their lovely pregnancy and newborn baby photos in the future.

We have provided wedding photography and videography service to this very friendly and lovely British Hong Kong bride and British groom in Mid-Autumn Festival. The weather turned a bit cooler, but the event was warm with their all families', relatives' and guests' cheerful passions and emotions. It is such an enjoyable day. We travelled to Angel, Islington and Newham in London for their wedding.

This was our another challenging wedding day with total 14 hours coverage. A typical Chinese mix British style wedding with civil ceremony and Chinese banquet, also different parts of celebration like tea ceremony, lion dance, cake cutting and party.

We started early in the morning for bride's and bridesmaids' preparation in nHow hotel in Angel with photo and video shoot. This hotel is a hidden gem in central east of the city! We really loved this artistic, quirky hotel. There are lots of fashionable designs, mixing with different lightings, modern with a sense of vintage decor... All these constructed a very nice backdrop for photo shoot. After that, we rushed to Islington Town Hall for the ceremony. 

We have been serving in this town hall so many times for wedding photos and videos. We always have to rush if couples book this venue for ceremony. But this time, it was even more rush, as the place is fully booked. Different couples went in every 30-45 mins! There ceremony last a maximum 30 mins. That gave us 15 mins to finish the shoot in the Town Hall.

Our another location was The Angelic bar/restaurant where the guests enjoy the drinks reception with delicious canapés and champagne.  There are even more guests here, since some of them couldn't attend the civil ceremony. It was originally planned for the groom and groomsmen to play some door games and challenges, but we had to skip it since it was running late for the schedule.

Our last venue was Yi-Ban Chinese Restaurant on Dockside Road, London. We missed this place so much. This place was closed for the whole Covid restricted period. Since they opened again in June, 2021, many couples from East Asian background, including Chinese, Vietnamese, all rushed to book this restaurant. We have also came here so many times to celebrate and witnessed lots of couples' their most important day with our cameras. 

We done Chinese tea ceremony, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, toasting with guest photos and films with our couple and their lovely guests. The process was long, yet enjoyable for the family, all the guests and us. The guests praised the food and all arrangements.

我們已經在這個市政廳服務了很多次婚禮照片和視頻。如果情侶們預訂這個場地舉行儀式，我們總是趕急。但這一次，更匆忙，因為這個地方已經訂滿了。不同的新人的婚禮。每 30-45 分鐘便有新人進去！儀式最多持續30分鐘。這給了我們 15 分鐘的時間在市政廳完成拍攝新人肖像。

我們的另一個地點是安吉爾酒吧/餐廳，客人可以在那裡享用美味的小吃和香檳酒會。這裡的客人更多，因為有些人不能參加民事儀式。原本計劃讓新郎和伴郎們玩接新娘遊戲和挑戰，但由於日程安排延遲到了，我們不得不跳過這環節。

我們的最後去的一個地點是倫敦碼頭路的一品中餐廳。我們非常想念這個地方。這個地方在整個 Covid 限制期內都關閉了。自2021年6月再次開業以來，很多東亞傳統背景的新人，包括中國人、越南人，都爭先地預定了這家餐廳。我們也來過這裡很多次，用我們的相機慶祝和見證了許多新人重要的一天。

我們與我們的新人和他們客人一起完成了中式茶禮、演講、切蛋糕、第一支舞和敬酒。這天過程很長，但對家人、所有客人和我們來說都是愉快的。客人對食物和所有安排都讚不絕口。

我們祝愿他們永遠幸福美滿的婚姻生活。

Pauline and Daixin Pre-Wedding Highlight Video

We have provided pre-wedding photography, videography and bridal hair makeup service for a friendly Sweden born Hong Kong bride-to-be and Sweden born Mainland Chinese groom-to-be in one of the hottest days in the UK.

Our journey has started with this couple for long time ago before Covid 19 pandemic actually . The lovely bride-to-be had contacted with us nearly 4 years ago for getting married in Gothenburg, Sweden. The wedding was cancelled because of covid pandemic. Earlier this year, the couple reached out to us for their wedding this year Summer again.

On the prewedding shoot day, we have started our job very early in the morning at 4.30am to help the bride-to-be for her hair styling and makeup. It is because we want to avoid the extreme heat. That day, the temperature reached 40°. We started feeling the heat after the shoot in Windsor town, Southeast, England and took some photos and film video clips around the castle and some beautiful spots in the town.

After that, we travelled to Mayfield Lavender Farm, Banstead in Surrey. The couple said they love the colour of Lavender. The couple has changed their outfit and we touched up the bride-to-be's makeup. The Lavender Farm photo and video shoot looked more fun than the romantic Windsor town's one. Lavender field in Surrey is one of the most popular spots for couples who love countryside. It located between Croydon and Sutton in Greater London. Because of its popularity, the farm has to set up photography permit for protecting the farm.

Lastly, we went to Isabella plantation in Richmond Park, also had a look at The Thames by a terrace garden nearby. The couple has changed into two other outfit here. We were actually a bit tired because of the hot weather but we done our shoots like how we imagined. One of the reasons is the couple was easy to work with. They took instructions quite well. The result looked very good with some refreshing photos and video film around the park. The couple said they particularly love the drone shots.

We are now going to take their wedding photo and video also provide bridal hair and makeup service in River Restaurant On The Pier and Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen in Gothenburg, Sweden.

在英國最熱的日子，我們為在瑞典出生的香港準新娘和瑞典出生的內地準新郎提供了婚紗攝影、錄像和新娘頭髮化妝服務。

最後，我們去了里士滿公園的伊莎貝拉種植園，還在附近的露台花園裡看看泰晤士河。這對夫婦在這裡換了另外兩套衣服。由於天氣炎熱，我們實際上有點累，但我們按照我們想像的方式完成了拍攝。原因之一是這對新人真的很容易相處。他們也很能聽從指示。結果是一些令人耳目一新的照片和錄影。這對新人說他們特別喜歡無人機拍攝的片段。

我們現在準備前往瑞典哥德堡的 River Restaurant On The Pier 和 Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen 拍攝他們的婚禮照片和錄影，並提供新娘髮型和化妝服務。

Paris, one of the most beautiful, full of love, cultural and romantic cities in the world. For professional photographers and videographers like us, it is a heaven. We came here again to provide a pre-wedding photography, videography and bridal hair & makeup service. We had a memorable shoot with this stylish, loving and friendly multi-heritage couple from Australia.

This couple is travellers. They came all the way from Australia to Europe to visit some cities and relatives who based in Europe, and they wanted a pre-wedding shoot in Paris before going back to their country. We arrived two days earlier to for another couple's Paris pre-wedding shoot. After that, we met this lovely couple and started our bridal makeup & hair service very early in the morning (around 3am). Our first location is Eiffel Tower. We took some amazing photos and video clips around the tower before going to the others locations: Petit Palais, Pont Alexandre III, Champs-Élysées

, Place Colette
 and Louvre Museum.

We have changed our pretty bride to be's hair and makeup look 3 times during the day. The couple has also changed their outfits. The bride to be had her hair and makeup matching the dresses. 

We have been to Paris many times before. Whenever we visit for providing our pre-wedding or/and wedding service to our couples, we see same excitement on their faces. Around these locations, we have also seen many professional photographers taking their couples' romantic pre-wedding or wedding photos especially around Eiffel Tower.

Louvre Museum is always illuminated by the romantic lights every night. We took our couple's romantic intimate photos there with our special lighting equipments.

We have finished our shooting around 11pm in the evening. It was a very long and tiring day for us also for the couple, but it all worths when we see the perfect result.

盧浮宮每晚都被浪漫的燈光照亮。我們用我們的特殊照明設備在那裡拍攝了我們新人的浪漫親密照片。

我們在晚上 11 點左右完成了拍攝。對我們這對夫婦來說，這也是漫長而累人的一天，但當我們看到完美的結果時，這一切都是值得的。

Wedding Photography and Bridal Hair & Makeup Service for a Lovely Hong Kong Couple in Marylebone, London, UK

We have provided wedding photography and bridal party hair & makeup services to lovely Hong Kong bride, bridesmaids and relative. The bridal party first got ready in an B&B in Covent Garden. The bridal party, groomsmen and the groom had the challenges - door game, before the groom able to see the bride.

This beautiful Hong Kong bride and groom then had tea ceremony with the bride's side parents before heading to the groom's side family for another part of tea ceremony in Islington area. After the tea ceremony, we arrived The Old Marylebone Town Hall to witness the couple's wedding ceremony. And their modern banquet was held in Sea Containers by the River Thames, a rather romantic location where we enjoyed the city view at night.

Although there was not much restriction, we were still in the pandemic. We were lucky to be with them the whole day to witness the important day. We started early in the morning to do the hair and makeup for the bride and bridal party. This bride is a special bride for us, because she wanted very natural look for her hair styling. 

Her mother said it looks like the bride's style looks much 'simpler' than the bridesmaids'! She is right, however, we understood the reason afterwards when she put on a black biker jacket. Her style is a clash of sweet, simple and rock and roll! For us, it is important the bride is happy with her hair and makeup, because the confidence does show on photos. In their door game session, there was so much laughters and joy. 

The highlight for us was the groom needed to play treasure hunt, finding the bride's shoes. He finally found them in a washing machine! In Chinese, 'taking the shoes' is a slang which kind of sounds humiliating. Great job Bridesmaids! Of course, we know that's for teasing the groom. For the bride, the highlight is most likely the 'first look'. The groom had to stand outside the door, confess his love and say his promises to the bride. The bride approved the speech and let him see her. This is a Chinese tradition, how we do a 'first look'. After that, they had a quick tea ceremony.

Later on we altogether went to the groom's parent home in Islington, visited his side of the family for having another tea ceremony there. It was a busier, longer ceremony. After it was done, the family provided us traditional Chinese style sweet and salty 'wife cake'. They were very delicious and yummy!

Then we went to The Old Marylebone Town Hall for the ceremony party of wedding and around the town hall romantic bridal and bride & groom couple photoshoots. The couple was a bit shy with each other in the beginning, because it is unusual for them to show affection in public, but after a few shots, they were so much more relax. 

When we were in The Old Marylebone Town Hall, we experienced the first fire alarm rang in decades! As the Town Hall is a popular wedding venue, there were a few brides and grooms wait outside the Town Hall for roughly an hour. It became an interesting memory for us.

Lastly we went to Sea Containers at the South Bank of River Thames for their banquet, cake cutting and banquet photos. It is a chic, modern venue! We went to the roof top and took some photos of the couple in the evening. This venue is just located next to OXO Tower. The neon lights, combined the background building lights have created a romantic scene for our couple. It was very romantic.

We wish them a happy married life ever after. Hope that we can meet them up to take their lovely pregnancy and newborn baby photos in the near future.

儘管沒有太多限制，但我們仍處於病毒大流行之中。我們很幸運能整天和他們在一起，見證重要的一天。我們一大早就開始為新娘、親戚和伴娘打扮。這位新娘對我們來說是一位特別的新娘，因為她希望自己的髮型看起來非常自然。媽媽說，新娘的造型看起來比伴娘的“簡單”多了！她是對的，然而，當新娘穿上黑色機車夾克後，我們就明白了原因。

她的風格是甜美、簡單但搖滾！對我們來說，新娘對自己的髮型和妝容感到滿意很重要，因為照片上確實顯示出自信。在他們的上門遊戲環節中，充滿了歡聲笑語和歡樂。我們的亮點是新郎需要玩尋寶遊戲，尋找新娘的鞋子。他終於在洗衣機裡找到了它們！在漢語中，“拿鞋”是一個聽起來很丟臉的俚語。伴娘幹得好！當然，我們知道那是為了取笑新郎。對於新娘來說，亮點很可能是“第一眼”。新郎需站在門外，向新娘表白，向新娘承諾。新娘批准了新郎演講，便讓他見她。這是一中式傳統。之後，他們向新娘父母敬茶。

之後我們一起去了新郎在伊斯靈頓父母的家，拜訪了他的家人，在那裡舉行了另一個茶道。這是較長的儀式。完成後，家人給我們傳統的中式老婆餅。非常美味可口！

然後我們去老馬里波恩市政廳參加婚禮儀式，並在市政廳周圍拍攝浪漫的結婚照片。這對夫婦一開始還有些害羞，因為他們不常在公共場合秀表現恩愛，但拍幾張照片之後，他們就放鬆了很多。當我們在舊馬里波恩市政廳時，我們經歷了幾十年來第一次火警鐘響起！由於市政廳是一個受歡迎的婚禮場地，有幾對新娘和新郎在市政廳外等候了大約一個小時。對我們來說，這成了一段有趣的回憶。

最後我們去了泰晤士河南岸的Sea Containers 參加他們的宴會、切蛋糕和宴會照片。這是一個別緻、現代式的場所！晚上我們去了屋頂，拍了幾張這對夫婦的照片。這個場地就在OXO Tower旁邊。霓虹燈，結合背景建築燈，為我們的新人創造了一個浪漫的場景。
