Janice and Wai Wedding Highlight Video

It was one of the hottest and sunniest day in the UK. We have provided wedding photography and videography service to this warm, loving Hong Kong bride and groom in Leeds.

It was an outdoor wedding at the bandstand with almost seamless greenery in the background. Sunlight made all the different with the look of the photos and videos. It made them look fresh and bright. We love how these came out refreshing with modern look.

After the wedding ceremony, traditional tea ceremony gave respect elder parents done, we moved into indoor banquet place were we can see the lovely DIY wedding cake and colourful desserts. These delicious delicacies were actually done by the bride's sister who is opening a pastry shop! In fact, the groom and bride are both from Chinese food industry. Their parents own Chinese take aways for decades. And now, these family businesses are passed to their children - the groom and bride to look after.

The banquet is held in Western style. Probably it is because the groom and bride know the standard of their parents regarding Chinese food and also want them to enjoy something different. We were very happy, because we get to taste all the desserts after wedding banquet finished. 

Their wedding ceremony and wedding banquet were held at Pavilions of Harrogate, Great Yorkshire.

We wish them a happy married life forever. Hope that we can meet them again to take their lovely pregnancy and newborn baby photos in the future.

這是英國最熱、最陽光的一天之一。我們為住在利茲，熱情、充滿愛心的香港新娘和新郎提供了婚紗攝影和錄像服務。

這是一場戶外婚禮，背景是幾乎無縫的綠。陽光使照片和視頻清新明亮。我們喜歡這清新感覺。

婚禮結束後，傳統的茶道禮敬長輩，我們搬進了室內宴會廳，可以看到可愛的DIY婚禮蛋糕和五顏六色的甜點。這些美味佳餚居然是開糕點店的新娘的妹妹製作的！事實上，新郎和新娘都來自中式食品行業。幾十年來，他們的父母擁有中國外賣店。而現在，這些家族生意傳給了他們的孩子——新郎和新娘去打理。

宴會以西式方式舉行。大概是因為新郎新娘知道父母對中餐的標準要求，也希望他們能嚐到不一樣的東西。我們很高興可以在婚宴結束後品嚐所有的甜點。

他們的婚禮和婚宴在約克郡哈羅蓋特的Pavilions舉行。

Wedding Day in Bromley, South East London, England

Beautiful and friendly British-Portuguese bride and groom with their 3-year-old son on the wedding day in Vauxhall and Bromley, South East London. 

We have done their wedding photography and videography service not long ago during the pandemic days. Corona virus has affected a lot of couples since March 2020. Our this lovely couple has postponed their wedding 3 times in the past two and half years.

We first met them nearly 3 years ago, but they haven't lost their excitement about their big day. The couple was very sweet together, surrounded by their supportive family members and close friends. 

It does feel different when the guests all know each other. The highlight for us was the groom's speech and the mother-of-the-groom's speech. They are very touching.

Their wedding church ceremony was held in St Annes Catholic Church in Vauxhall and their wedding banquet was held in Bromley Court Hotel, Bromley.

A Simple Classic Wedding 簡約經典婚禮 ( Wedding Day Photo Shoot for a Stylish British Hong Kong Couple in Marylebone, London

Wedding in the famous 'Paul McCartney room' inside The Old Marylebone Town Hall for the British Born Hong Kong bride and groom. After the ceremony, we went to Regent's Park near Camden for couple portraits.

We were supposed to provide hair styling and makeup service together with photography, but because of Covid, the bride preferred to do her own hair and makeup. And we could not serve her relatives for their hair and makeup too. Because of the restriction, their guests in Hong Kong could come over to witness the ceremony in person. We have provided them live broadcast service to show 360 degree of the room, so their friends and family members would feel they were in the room.

The town hall only allowed 1 couple and their family in the town hall for maximum an hour. We had to wait for the previous wedding party leave before entering and the next wedding party had to wait outside town hall until we all left. Except these, the bride had to stay at home for 14 days quarantine period before actual wedding day!

We all looking forward to their 'Covid-free' banquet next year (2021) summer. Hopefully everything will be fine for them and all the other couples. Their wedding banquet will be held in Orrery Restaurant in Marylebone. This is a very modern restaurant with a lovely roof top garden. We are expecting to take more romantic photos for their 1st year anniversary banquet there!

在老馬里波恩市政廳內著名的“保羅·麥卡尼室”慶祝英藉香港新郎和新娘一場簡單而經典的婚禮。儀式結束後，我們去了卡姆登附近的攝政公園拍了些新人照片。

我們原本應該提供髮型和化妝服務以及攝影服務，但是由於Covid的緣故，新娘想自己動手做髮型和化妝。而我們也無法為其親戚提供髮型和妝容服務。由於受到限制，他們在香港的賓客未能親眼見證儀式。我們為他們提供了現場直播服務，顯示房間的360度，讓他們覺得自己在房間裡。

市政廳只允許1對夫婦及其家人進入市政廳，最長不能超過一個小時。我們必須等待上一個婚禮完結才能進入，而下一對新人也必須在市政廳外面等到我們全部離開。除此之外，新娘必須在婚禮日之前需留在家裡14天的隔離期（因她由香港來）！

我們都期待明年（2021年）他們的夏季宴會。他們的婚禮宴會將在馬里波恩的Orrery餐廳舉行。這是一家有著非常現代感的餐廳。又有美麗的屋頂花園。我們希望在那里為他們的一周年宴會拍攝更多浪漫的照片！

Our Last Wedding Day In The Beginning of 2020 Before The Coronavirus Pandemic

22.02.2020 , this was such a beautiful and memorable day for us and our lovely Hong Kong couple. This is our last wedding day in the beginning of 2020 before the Coronavirus pandemic. We have provided wedding photography, wedding videography and bridal hair makeup services. Within a month, the world stood still and went into lockdown.

We are waiting the world to be healed and waiting all these cheerful celebrations for marriages to come in the near future. Slowly, our 2021 booking is filling up with postponed weddings and new bookings for engagements and weddings. We can't wait to witness and capture all these love stories.

Throwback to this wedding story. At that time, the virus spread in China but there was not widespread in Europe yet, however, this has already brought chaos to events and weddings in Europe, especially if there were guests coming from overseas. For safety reasons, the groom's side family in China decided not to come to the UK for this couple's wedding. The groom then put a lot of soft toys on the groom's side family chairs in the church (Wycliffe Baptist Church in Reading). We can see hand sanitiser everywhere, but there was no physical distancing measure yet and no one was wearing face mask.

In this wedding, we saw a lot of Japanese animation cute characters, like the twin angels, Hello Kitty (it was printed on the dessert bottles) and a lot of different soft toys. It was a sweet day for them although not all guests they invited could come. Their churchmates helped them a lot in decoration, catering and logistic arrangement. In their speeches, they thank church and God gave them such a lovely 'family'.

2020年2月22日，對於我們和我們可愛的香港新人來說，這是美好而令人難忘的一天。這是我們在冠狀病毒大流行之前的2020年初的最後一個結婚日。我們提供了婚紗攝影，婚紗攝影和新娘髮型化妝服務。一個月之內，世界變得停滯不前，陷入封鎖。

在這場婚禮中，我們看到了許多日本動畫可愛的角色，例如小天使，Hello Kitty（印在甜點瓶上）和許多不同的毛絨玩具。這對他們來說是甜蜜的一天，儘管並不是他們邀請的所有賓客都可以來。他們的教友在裝飾，飲食和後勤安排方面給了他們很大幫助。他們在演講中感謝教會，上帝給了他們如此可愛的“家庭”。
