We recently had the pleasure of providing pre-wedding and wedding photography, videography, and bridal hair & makeup services for a lovely, modest Hong Kong couple in Greater Manchester.

This sweet couple, who relocated to Northwest England a couple of years ago from Hong Kong, first worked with us for their pre-wedding shoot in the stunning Worsley Woods just a month ago. Their wedding day followed shortly after, with loved ones traveling all the way from Hong Kong to celebrate their big day.

The bride decided on a last-minute pre-wedding shoot after our suggestion during her bridal hair and makeup trial. She planned to share the photos and highlight video at their wedding banquet, adding a special touch for their guests.

While the couple was initially shy during the shoot, our many years of experience helped ease their nerves. By giving gentle guidelines and creating a relaxed atmosphere, they became more comfortable, allowing us to capture their genuine love and connection.

The pre-wedding shoot was held in the evening, presenting a unique challenge with its dark, forest scene. However, with creative lighting techniques, we produced stunning images and videos that beautifully combined shadows and light, resulting in a magical and captivating atmosphere.

Pre-Wedding Photography and Hair - Makeup Service in London, England

After our destination prewedding and wedding shoots in Paris, Prague, Lucerne, Zurich (Switzerland), Gothenburg (Sweden), Barcelona, and Seville, we returned to our hometown, London, for two lovely Hong Kong couples and their destination prewedding shoots. London is a beautiful city, a fact we may sometimes overlook given that we are based here.

We are just as excited to capture photos and video clips in London as we are in all the other European cities. London is a familiar place for us, and we have a lot of experience shooting here. Like all destination shoots, we recommend that couples start their sessions early to avoid crowds. In general, our days begin as early as 2 am, picking up our couples and bringing them to our studio or traveling to their hotel. Hair styling and makeup services start at 3 am, concluding by 5 am, and the shoots in central London commence around 5:30 am to 6 am.

St. Paul's Cathedral, Millennium Bridge, Westminster Bridge, Big Ben, London Eye, the Parliament, and Westminster Abbey are among the most popular locations for our couples. Depending on the couples' preferences, we may sometimes add other locations to the list, such as Kew Gardens, Hampstead Heath, and Greenwich. However, this time, our couples opted for a classical prewedding shoot and stuck with these famous landmark areas.

Wedding Photography and Videography Service in Birmingham, England

Congratulations Fiona and Kin! We have provided wedding photography and videography service for a polite British-Hong Kong couple in Birmingham.

This is another wedding example with Western and Chinese cultural elements in it. The couple had a Western civil wedding in an English Mansion and ended the day with a Chinese banquet - celebrate their happiness and pay tribute to the family. 

In the morning, we started with the lovely bride getting ready and hair & makeup shots in Moxhull Hall, Coldfield, West Midlands, England.

After their ceremony, a couple portrait shoot and group photo shoot, we drove to Birmingham Chinatown.

The couple did their grand entrance with traditional Chinese Unicorn dance and had lion dance in the restaurant, which is called Wǔshī in Chinese. It is believed it will bring good luck and fortune to the couple. Their Chinese traditional banquet was held in China Court Restaurant.

We have done numerous weddings like this, very familiar with the process. After the tea ceremony and family photo shoots. The couple went around the tables, gave toasts to each tables' guests and received blessings from their friends and family who wished them a happy married life.

Wedding Photography, Videography and Bridal Hair & Makeup Service in Gothenburg, Sweden

This is a Gothenburg wedding. We came to this small and beautiful city of Sweden from London, England to provide our wedding photography, videography and bridal, bridesmaids & relative hair and makeup service for a lovely bride and groom who grew up in Sweden with Hong Kong, Chinese heritage in the summer.

This couple contacted us nearly 4 years ago before Covid19 pandemic and they had to postponed their pre-wedding and wedding 2022 summer time. We have also provided them pre-wedding photography and videography, and hair styling and makeup service in Windsor, Richmond Park also Mayfield Lavender Farm.

It was a full day coverage we have provided on their wedding day, which combined both Western culture and Chinese culture. It was challenging because it was very windy by the pier, where they had their outdoor ceremony. We started our day from 5am. Gothenburg is a harbour city. The wedding venue and hotel just located by the pier. It was refreshing.

The hotel is called Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen, in Gothenburg, Sweden. After the hair and makeup process finished, we took their shoots during door games, tea ceremony, and group photos with bridesmaids and groomsmen also mothers & fathers of the bride and groom.

Before the civil ceremony, we went to a charming park in Gothenburg city centre, and took more photos and video clips with their bridesmaids and groomsmen. The sun came up at this point, introduced some warmth on their photos.

Their wedding was impressive because of the view overlooking the harbour and Gothenburg bridge. It was meaningful to go back to the place they grew up to have their wedding after they moved to England. Majority of their friends and family are living in Sweden. There were about 200 guests presented in their wedding. The ceremony took place on the pier which belongs to a restaurant, called River Restaurant On The Pier. The couple also gave more tea to elderlies and had a grand banquet there.

When the sun went down, we took a lot of amazing, sweet and romantic couple portraits with video clip. The lighthouse by the pier, the restaurant lightings and those little lamps on the pier helped us to create a nice vintage look for the shoot. 

We finished our work with pleasure. It was really enjoyable to look at their photos and videos. Gothenburg is a lovely city. The couple was easy-going and nice, which also made it easier to capture great shots. 

We wish them a happy married life ever after. Hope that we will meet them again to take their lovely pregnancy and newborn baby photos in the future.
