Wedding Photography, Videography and Hair & Makeup Service in Gothenburg, Sweden

This is a Gothenburg wedding. We came to this small and beautiful city of Sweden from London, England to provide our wedding photography, videography and bridal, bridesmaids & relative hair and makeup service for a lovely bride and groom who grew up in Sweden with Hong Kong, Chinese heritage in the summer.

This couple contacted us nearly 4 years ago before Covid19 pandemic and they had to postponed their pre-wedding and wedding 2022 summer time. We have also provided them pre-wedding photography and videography, and hair styling and makeup service in Windsor, Richmond Park also Mayfield Lavender Farm.

It was a full day coverage we have provided on their wedding day, which combined both Western culture and Chinese culture. It was challenging because it was very windy by the pier, where they had their outdoor ceremony. We started our day from 5am. Gothenburg is a harbour city. The wedding venue and hotel just located by the pier. It was refreshing.

The hotel is called Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen, in Gothenburg, Sweden. After the hair and makeup process finished, we took their shoots during door games, tea ceremony, and group photos with bridesmaids and groomsmen also mothers & fathers of the bride and groom.

Before the civil ceremony, we went to a charming park in Gothenburg city centre, and took more photos and video clips with their bridesmaids and groomsmen. The sun came up at this point, introduced some warmth on their photos.

Their wedding was impressive because of the view overlooking the harbour and Gothenburg bridge. It was meaningful to go back to the place they grew up to have their wedding after they moved to England. Majority of their friends and family are living in Sweden. There were about 200 guests presented in their wedding. The ceremony took place on the pier which belongs to a restaurant, called River Restaurant On The Pier. The couple also gave more tea to elderlies and had a grand banquet there.

When the sun went down, we took a lot of amazing, sweet and romantic couple portraits with video clip. The lighthouse by the pier, the restaurant lightings and those little lamps on the pier helped us to create a nice vintage look for the shoot. 

We finished our work with pleasure. It was really enjoyable to look at their photos and videos. Gothenburg is a lovely city. The couple was easy-going and nice, which also made it easier to capture great shots. 

We wish them a happy married life ever after. Hope that we will meet them again to take their lovely pregnancy and newborn baby photos in the future.

Congratulations Teresa and Dicky! We have provided 4 hour wedding photography, videography and bridal hair & makeup service for a companionable same sex Hong Kong couple in Edinburgh, Scotland.

This sweet couple travelled from Hong Kong to the UK for their wedding ceremony in Edinburgh. We were also grateful to be in Edinburgh again, to witness their wedding and also experience Scottish culture. It is truly a beautiful country, filled with friendly people.

It was a small intimate wedding. We first started our hair and makeup service in the morning around 9am.

We first finished the bride's aunt's hair and makeup, then moved on to the bridal one and then the groom's one. 

After the hair and makeup season finished we captured a simple tea ceremony, couple portrait shoot and small family shoot before leaving their Airbnb apartment and walking to City of Edinburgh Council.

Their legal civil ceremony lasted 40 minutes. It may be simple, but full of joy and blessings. We can see the Cathedral right in front of us after stepping out of the ceremony location. The couple tossed the bouquet. We shot in the drizzle. After all, it was an early Spring wedding. 

We got some romantic and affective moments with Edinburgh's historical and natural backdrop.

Shivangni and Luke Wedding Highlight Video

We have provided wedding photography and videography service for a gracious Indian Bride and an esquire British groom on their happiest day at Northbrook Park Wedding Venue, Farnham, Surrey, England.

It was our second time at this countryside wedding venue near greenery and river, to provide our wedding service there. The wedding was a traditional Indian wedding, but the couple and their families came from different backgrounds. The bride has Punjabi heritage and the groom has Irish heritage.

We have also provided them with an engagement photography and videography service just a few months before their wedding day.

We started our shooting at 8am in the morning when the radiant bride had her Kalire and Haldi ceremony with her close family members. The ceremony room is quite small, which made the shoot a bit more difficult, but we ended up finishing it smoothly.

When the first part ceremony finished the bride went to change her second traditional saree with her hair and makeup artist.

At the same time, we capture the groom's preparation shot. His father and groomsmen helped him to wear his suits, tying his bowtie and his cufflinks. There was a short Indian ceremony for the groomsmen tying a friendship bracelet on the groom's wrist. We were told this bracelet has to be worn throughout the whole day.

We went back to the bridal suite and were surprised by the Bollywood film star's type of makeup. We learnt that the main makeup artist is actually an educator. She teaches other makeup artists, works in movie sets and gives models tutorials about etiquette and poses. The bride looked radiant and we both agreed she looked like a movie star in a Bollywood film. The photos look spectacular with amazing saree which flatter her beautiful eyes.

Finally, we witnessed the groom's entrance and the grand bride's entrance. The family members and close friends gave them blessings and we were glad we had a chance to take photos with them. The guests who joined the wedding are all fun-loving people too. At the party, we watched how they danced and really enjoyed it.

After the ceremony, the couple had their civil ceremony in a separate room for signing the documents. Then, we finally had 20-30mins to finish their couple portraits with the mandap. It was a romantic and emotional time for them. Nightfall peaked in without us noticing. We had to run for the couple entrance shot.

The couple had a rather western style banquet, but Indian food was on the menu. We shot their cake cutting, speeches, first dance, also guest party dance, and their bridesmaids' and groomsmen' special performance dance which looked so special for the couple.

At the end of the day, we took some more couple portraits with the beautiful, romantic fairy light in the venue. We have also taken some photos for the groom's daughter with her guitar.

We wish them a happy married life ever after. We hope that we will be able to give them our another service when the bundle of joy comes.

Wedding Photography, Videography and Bridal Hair Styling & Makeup Service to a British-Hong Kong couple in Liverpool, England

We have provided wedding photography, videography and bridal hair styling & mother of the bride makeup and hair styling service to a family-oriented British-Hong Kong couple in Liverpool.

This is a wedding with a mixture of Western civil ceremony and modernised Chinese traditions. We have provided nearly 13 hours service. Firstly, we started our hair styling and makeup process in the early morning when the bride, her bridesmaids, mother and close family friends stayed in the penthouse of an apartment building.

After that, we started photography and videography service for the door game session. It was fun, but also touching, especially when the groom telling his bride how much he loves her. It was not very easy to capture the door game, as it started in a narrow corridor.

During the door game, all other relatives came to the building to witness the Chinese tea ceremony and celebrate the family. Many of the relatives gave the couple golds and red packet of money as a gesture of good will and prosperity. 

The bride then changed into her white wedding attire in the bridal room in Royal Liver Building, where the ceremony took place. It locates near the coast with beautiful view of Liverpool. Such an iconic tall building with big windows, that made us imagine we were in one of the Batman movies.

During ceremony, the groom cried a lot, and his wife also joined to him because of the emotional atmosphere there. We also took very romantic couple shoots at the Royal Liver Building balcony and lobby after their ceremony is done.

Lastly, we went to Chung Ku Liverpool Restaurant to do their banquet photo and video shoot. The bride's father and brother was in Manchester Lion Dance team. It was the first time we witness the family gave such a beautiful performance for the newlywed. Before the banquet started, the family and professional dancers did the traditional Chinese Lion Dance in different sets of props. The whole process last nearly 1 hour. 

Chung Ku is a huge Chinese restaurant with 2 floors near the sea. The whole 2 floors were full with around 200 guests. The food was superb. The couple told us this restaurant is the best one around the area with fresh sea food. The guests were so impressed with the banquet.

In between the Lion Dances the beautiful bride has also changed her wedding dress into red Qipao again. We changed her hair style again and helped the change again when she changed into evening dress. It is a traditional for brides and her family to change into multiple gowns. Traditionally, Chinese brides have to wear 5 gowns on her wedding day. It was a symbol of luck.

This couple loves to join couple contest. On their special day, they have prepared a special dance performance as their first dance too. After the banquet, speeches from the two fathers and couple, all the toasts and cheers, also cake cutting, the most exciting part of the night came. The couple has sent us a video of their rehearsal before their wedding. They did the dance quite nicely with some romantic and fun actions. We did enjoy watching it again and again during our video editing process.

So the day has finished with the party, and the guests took boxes of take away of the wedding cake pieces and left over from the banquet. It is important not to have food waste, and no one wants to waste these delicious food. The bride sent us a message the next day, saying our organisation was very good. We think they did plan very well and paid attention to details. We wish them all the best and a happy married life ever-after.

儀式中，新郎哭很多，他的妻子也因為現場氣氛感動而哭了。 儀式結束後，我們在皇家利物大廈的陽台和大堂拍攝了非常浪漫的婚紗照。

最後，我們去了中橋酒家拍他們的宴會照片和視頻。 新娘的父親和哥哥是曼徹斯特舞獅隊成員。 這是我們第一次看到一家人為新人獻上如此精彩的表演。 宴會開始前，家人和專業舞者用不同的獅子道具表演了中國傳統的舞獅表演。 整個過程持續近1個小時。 中橋酒家是一個大的中餐廳，有 2 層，靠近海邊。 整整2層樓滿了大約200位賓客。 而食物很棒。 這對夫婦告訴我們，這家餐廳是該地區最好的餐廳，提供新鮮的海鮮。 賓客們對宴會印象深刻。

舞獅表演期間，新娘換上了紅旗袍。 我們又換了她的髮型。我們也在她換上晚禮服為她再次改髮型。傳統上，中國新娘在婚禮當天必須穿 5 件禮服。 這是幸運的象徵。

這對情侶喜歡參加情侶（舞蹈）大賽。 在他們這特別的日子，他們也準備了一場特別的舞蹈表演。 酒席過後，兩位父親新人的致辭，大家舉杯歡呼，還有切蛋糕，當晚最精彩的環節來了。 這對新人發我們一段他們在婚禮前排練的短片。 他們跳得很好。 在我們的剪接過程中看他們的舞蹈一次又一次，也不覺厭倦。

第二天新娘給我們發了信息，說我們的組織很好。 我們認為是他們確實計劃得很好並且注重細節。 我們祝愿他們一切順利，婚後生活幸福美滿。

Paris and Prague. Two of the most fabulous destinations for pre-wedding, wedding and honeymoon shoot. Last year, we went to these two cities 7 times within 3 months, to provide our service for our Overseas couples, including photography, videography, hair styling and makeup. Wedding Photography and Videography Service for Cordial Ghanaian Bride and Groom in Bromley, South East London, England

We provided wedding photography and videography service to a friendly Ghanaian couple in Bromley, South East London last Autumn.

This is another wedding story we witnessed with our cameras. A couple of months before their wedding day, we have provided them with an engagement photography & videography service in Central London with some romantic touches in our shoots. 

They were actually planning to take their engagement and wedding ceremonies in Birmingham before but after some family discussions, they decided to have both shoots in London.

Feel free to check their engagement story photos here on our website and our Vimeo page for their videos. Unlike other modern weddings, the couple opted for a traditional wedding, which means the groom would not see the bride before her father gave her away.

This couple comes from quite religious families. The bride's father is a priest. Just before she left her home, her mother gave her a simple prayer and blessed her by putting the Tierra on her head. She has also given her some advice on how she should treat her family and husband.

After that, we arrived at the bride's parent's church for a 2 hours long ceremony. Lovely bride was brought to the first time seeing her future husband by her priest father's hands. It was so romantic for the couple and for their guests. There were a few priests giving sermons. From that, we can understand the church is very close to the couple. The congregation treats her as a daughter. 

The ceremony, banquet and party were held at Anerley Methodist Church, Anerley, Bromley, South East London.

They had a quite intimate banquet with all their close family members, relatives and guests who are also members of their own church. Their priests who attended their wedding also joined their party dance. What a great mixture of Ghanaian traditional style and western style wedding!

We really enjoyed their wedding from the morning until night, and editing their photos and videos.
